Hemant Kumar Gera, born on 29 August 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 batch, Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree and is proficient in English and Hindi. Currently, he serves as Secretary at Rajasthan in the Public Health Engineering and Ground Water Department since 20 March 2026. His past roles include Special CEO and Chairman. Hemant Kumar Gera has been honored with the Yogyata Pramaan Patra award. He continues to serve in the IAS with dedication.
