Hemant Kumar Gera, born on 29 August 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree and is proficient in English and Hindi. Currently serving as the Special CEO of the Disaster Management Authority, Delhi since 15 September 2025, he has also held the position of Chairman. Throughout his career, he has been recognized with the Yogyata Pramaan Patra award. Hemant Kumar Gera continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
