Hemant Kumar, born on April 28, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Portuguese from the University of Delhi and a B.A. in Law from the University of Law Delhi. Currently, he is awaiting posting for Andaman and Nicobar since January 5, 2026. Previously, he served as Special CEO and is currently under suspension. Hemant Kumar is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to be in service.
