Hema Nayak, born on 17 May 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, serving in the Assam Meghalaya cadre. She holds an M.Sc. in Physics and is proficient in Hindi. Currently, she is the Deputy Commissioner at Meghalaya's South West Khasi Hills district, a position she has held since 21 December 2025. Prior to this, she also served as Deputy Commissioner. Hema Nayak continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
