Hema Nayak, born on 17 May 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, serving in the Assam Meghalaya cadre. She holds an M.Sc. in Physics. Currently, she is the Deputy Commissioner at Meghalaya, a position she has held since 21 December 2025. Hema has previously served as Deputy Commissioner. She is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the South West Khasi Hills department.
