Hem Lata Dhaundiyal, born on December 23, 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. She holds a B.A. in Art. During her career, she served in various capacities including Additional Secretary, Joint Chief Electoral Officer, and Director. Her most recent position was Commissioner in the Women and Child Development Department from June 24, 2011, to December 31, 2013.
