Dr. Heera Lal, born on July 1, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2010 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering. Currently, he is the State Nodal Officer at Lucknow in the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, a position he has held since September 29, 2023. Previously, he served as Additional Managing Director. Dr. Lal continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh through his roles in public service.
