Haulianlal Guite, born on September 9, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, serving in the Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.A. Honours degree in Philosophy from the University of Delhi. Currently, he is the Commissioner at Jaipur, Rajasthan, in the Food Safety and Drug Control department, a position he has held since January 30, 2025. His previous roles include Commissioner & Special Secretary and Deputy Secretary. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
