Hasrat Jasmine, born on 14 June 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2018 batch, serving in the Gujarat cadre. She holds an M.B.B.S. degree in Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot. Currently, she is the District Development Officer at Mehsana, a position she has held since 30 January 2024. Her previous roles include Deputy Secretary to Government, Managing Director, Assistant Collector, and Assistant Collector. She is proficient in Punjabi and Gujarati. Hasrat Jasmine continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
