Hasnain Alam, born on April 15, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Managing Director, Additional Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, and Additional Collector. His most recent position was as a Member of the Bihar Public Service Commission from January 23, 2009, to April 30, 2009.
