Dr. Hasmukh Adhia, born on November 3, 1958, is a retired IAS officer from the 1981 Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Com. in Accountancy, an M.Com. in Business Management, and a Ph.D. from Yoga University Bangalore. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary (Revenue), Secretary (Financial Services), Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Commissioner, and District Collector. His most recent designation was Principal Advisor at Gujarat in the CMO Office. Dr. Adhia is proficient in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
