Haseen Zahera Rizvi, born on June 17, 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2018 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. She holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from Jamia Milia Islamia, Delhi. Currently, she serves as Joint Secretary in the Urban Development and Municipal Affairs Department since February 7, 2025. Her previous roles include Additional District Magistrate, Sub Divisional Officer, Officer On Special Duty, and Assistant Collector and Magistrate. She continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of West Bengal.
