Harvinder Singh, born on 13 November 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering. Currently, he serves as the Director at J&K in the Employment department, a position he has held since 23 February 2026. Prior to this, he worked as a Deputy Commissioner. Harvinder Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
