Harsimran Singh, born on March 11, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2016 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary in the Finance Department of West Bengal since October 27, 2025. His previous roles include Sub Divisional Officer, Additional District Magistrate, Assistant Magistrate and Collector, Officer on Special Duty, and Assistant Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
