Harshita Goyal, born on 27 August 2000, is an IAS officer of the 2025 batch from the Gujarat cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Currently, she is under training at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie, having commenced her training on 25 August 2025. Harshita Goyal is actively serving in the Indian Administrative Service.
