Harshil R Meena, born on 21 November 1997, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2021 batch, assigned to the Kerala cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Director in the Environment and Climate Change Department, Kerala, a position he has held since 30 July 2025. Prior to this role, he worked as a Sub Collector. Harshil R Meena continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
