Harsh Dikshit, born on January 4, 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Currently serving as Private Secretary in the Department of Health and Family Welfare and Chemicals and Fertilizers under Shri Jagat Praksh Nadda since August 1, 2024, Dikshit has previously held positions including Private Secretary to Minister, Chief Executive Officer, Sub-Divisional Officer, and Assistant Secretary. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
