Harpreet Singh, born on August 10, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electronics from Thapar University, Patiala, Punjab, along with an M.A. and an L.L.M. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner at Barnala since January 22, 2026. His previous roles include Special Secretary and Chief Administrator. Harpreet Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the governance and administration of Punjab.
