Harpreet Singh, born on 10 August 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2019 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electronics from Thapar University, Patiala, Punjab, along with an M.A. and an L.L.M. Throughout his career, he has served as Special Secretary and Chief Administrator. Since 22 January 2026, he has been serving as the Deputy Commissioner at Barnala. Harpreet Singh continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Punjab in his current role.
