Harmit Singh Pahuja, born on 18 September 1972, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2010 batch from the Manipur cadre. He holds a B.A. in Public Administration from Osmania University, an M.B.B.S. from B.N.M. University, and an M.B.A. in Marketing Management from Manipur University. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary in the Department of Personnel and Training, New Delhi, since 14 April 2026. His previous roles include Director, Deputy Secretary, Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate, Registrar, ADC, Deputy CVO, Under Secretary, and SDO. He continues to serve in the IAS.
