Harmander Singh, born on October 6, 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a graduate and postgraduate degree in Botany. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Deputy Commissioner, Joint Commissioner, Additional Collector, Managing Director, Additional Secretary Director, Commissioner, Project Director, Industries Commissioner and Director, Principal Secretary, and Principal Secretary Equivalent. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary in the Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department from December 4, 2019, to March 31, 2020.
