Harleen Kaur, born on 25 September 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, AGMUT cadre. She holds a B.Tech. in Information Technology from Punjab Technical University. Currently, she serves as Deputy Secretary at the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, New Delhi, since August 2025. Her previous roles include Special Secretary to the Hon'ble Lt. Governor, Additional Commissioner, Director, and Sub-Divisional Magistrate. Harleen has been recognized with awards from the National Commission for Minorities, the Best Electoral Practices Award, and the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration. She is proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
