Harkesh Singh, born on January 15, 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2001 batch, Punjab cadre. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Deputy Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, and was on deputation. His most recent position was Additional Director at the Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration, held from June 23, 2012, to January 31, 2014. Singh's service reflects his commitment to public administration within the Punjab cadre.
