Harjot Kaur Bamhrah, born on 11 May 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1992 Bihar cadre. She holds an M.A. in International Trade, an M.Phil. in International Studies from JNU New Delhi, and a PG Diploma in International Law from IAILD, New Delhi.
