Harji Lal Atal, born on January 7, 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Com (Hons) and an M.A. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at the State Health Assurance Agency, Rajasthan since June 22, 2025, he has previously held the position of Collector and District Magistrate. Mr. Atal continues to contribute to public administration within the state of Rajasthan.
