Haritha V Kumar, born on 21 November 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 Kerala cadre. She holds a B.Tech. in Econometrics from the University of Kerala. Currently, she serves as the Director in the Woman and Child Development department since 10 June 2024. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Director, Mission Director, Secretary, Sub Collector, Assistant Secretary, and Administrator. Fluent in English and Malayalam, Haritha continues to contribute to public administration in her ongoing service.
