Commissioner, General Administration Department (GAD)
Harish Kumar, born on 28 March 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Development Management and a graduate degree in History. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Sub Collector, Deputy Commissioner, Joint Collector, Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, Managing Director, Director, Deputy Secretary, Inspector General, Joint Controller, Executive Director, and Joint Managing Director. His most recent position was Commissioner in the General Administration Department from 23 March 2008 to 7 May 2008.
