Haris S, born on June 11, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, assigned to the Chhattisgarh cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served as a Collector. Currently, he is the Deputy Secretary in the Department of Commerce under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, based in New Delhi, a position he has held since December 31, 2025. Haris S continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
