Hariom Kumar Lavania, born on January 1, 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Additional Commissioner, District Magistrate, Additional Director, Special Secretary, and District Collector and Magistrate. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary in the Department of Corporate Affairs from January 15, 2004, to December 31, 2004. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administration of Uttar Pradesh before retiring from service.
