She holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. Harini has served as a Supernumerary Assistant Collector. Since 25 July 2025, she has been the Prant Officer at Danta, District Banasakantha, Gujarat. She is proficient in Gujarati and continues to serve in the IAS.
