Harikishore S, born on 14 October 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Kerala cadre. He holds a B.Tech. from Kannur University and an M.Tech. from IIT Kanpur. Currently serving as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism, New Delhi since 14 September 2025, he has held various positions including Secretary, Managing Director, Director, Executive Director, District Collector, Sub Collector, and Assistant Collector. He has received the Kerala State e-Governance Award, the Chief Minister Award for Administrative Innovations (K-SWIFT of KSIDC), and was recognized twice as Best District Collector in Pathanamthitta. He is proficient in English and Malayalam.
