Harikesh Meena, born on August 14, 1981, is an IAS officer of the 2012 batch from the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Currently, he serves as Director at the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) in New Delhi. His previous roles include Special Secretary, Managing Director, Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO), Assistant Commissioner, Block Development Officer (BDO), and Deputy Commissioner. Proficient in English and Hindi, Harikesh Meena continues to contribute to public administration in his ongoing service.
