Principal Secretary, Mass Education Extension and Library Services Department, West Bengal
Hari Ramulu, born on 28 October 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 West Bengal cadre. He holds a Graduate degree in Agriculture, a Postgraduate degree in Agriculture, and an M.Sc. in Agronomy from Andhra Pradesh Agriculture University. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Commissioner, State Editor, Special Secretary, Managing Director, Joint Secretary, Additional District Magistrate, Sub Divisional Officer, and Chief Executive Officer. His most recent position was Principal Secretary of the Mass Education Extension and Library Services Department, West Bengal, starting from 18 January 2016. He is a recipient of the UDYOG RATTAN AWARD.
