Hari Raj Kishore, born on March 22, 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Physics, M.Sc. in Physics, and an M.Phil. in Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Special Secretary, Commissioner, Director, Project Administrator, District Magistrate, Vice Chairman, Executive Magistrate, and Principal Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary in the Finance Department from October 9, 2007, to November 24, 2009.
