Hari R Harijan, born on March 1, 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Director, Special Secretary Director, District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Special Secretary, Chief Development Officer, and Executive Director. His most recent designation was Commissioner Director from November 1, 2002, to February 28, 2003. He was associated with the Land Revenue Department as the Director of Census Operations during his service.
