Hari Narayanan M, born on 26 October 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Arch. degree in Architecture from Anna University Chennai. Currently, he serves as Director in the Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation under the Ministry of Jal Shakti since 28 May 2025. His past roles include Sub Collector, Director, Collector & District Magistrate, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Special Commissioner Junior Administrative Grade, Executive Director, Municipal Commissioner, Project Officer, and Inspector General. He is proficient in English, Tamil, and Telugu.
