Hari Lal Mistri, born on June 10, 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch, West Bengal cadre. He held various positions including Joint Secretary, Officer on Special Duty to Minister, Additional Magistrate, and Executive Magistrate. He served as Director of the Micronutrient Society from February 1, 2002, to August 17, 2002. Mr. Mistri is a graduate and contributed to the administrative services until his retirement.
