Hari Krishna Dwivedi, born on 20 June 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1988 batch from the West Bengal cadre. He holds postgraduate degrees in Chemistry and Development Management from the University of London. Over his career, he served in various capacities including Chief Secretary to Government (01/07/2023 - 31/12/2023), Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Commissioner, Excise Commissioner, District Magistrate, and Managing Director. His extensive administrative experience spans multiple senior roles within the West Bengal government, culminating in his tenure as Chief Secretary before retirement.
