Hari Krishna Dwivedi, born on 20 June 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 West Bengal cadre. He held the position of Chief Secretary to the Government from 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2023. His educational background includes postgraduate studies in Chemistry and an M.Sc. in Development Management from the University of London. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Commissioner, Excise Commissioner, District Magistrate, Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Additional District Magistrate, and Sub Divisional Officer.
