Hari Kallikkat, born on 17 September 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2018 batch, serving in the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication from Calicut University. Currently, he is the Deputy Commissioner/DM of West Delhi, a position he has held since 16 February 2026. Throughout his career, Hari has served in various capacities including Secretary, Managing Director, Commissioner, Additional Chief Electoral Officer, and Secretary in departments such as Agriculture, Information Technology, and Animal Husbandry and Fisheries. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
