Hargunjit Kaur, born on March 6, 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 Punjab cadre. She holds a B.A. Honours in Economics, an M.B.A. in Marketing, and an M.A. in English from Punjabi University, Patiala. Currently serving as Special Secretary in the Public Works Department since March 3, 2025, she has previously held various positions including Managing Director, Additional Secretary, Secretary, Mission Director, and Additional Managing Director. Ms. Kaur continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Punjab with a diverse portfolio of leadership roles.
