Harendra Nath Dubey, born on January 24, 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 batch, Bihar cadre. He served in the Local Self Government Department and held the position of Joint Secretary from June 6, 2018. Throughout his career in the IAS, Dubey contributed to the administrative framework of Bihar.
