Harendra Narayan, born on October 1, 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2016 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from BR Ambedkar University, Agra. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Sub-Divisional Officer, Assistant Secretary, Additional Managing Director, and Commissioner. Currently, he is the Collector of Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, a position he has held since September 30, 2025. Harendra Narayan continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
