Harbir Singh, born on June 16, 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds an M.A. in Political Science. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary in the Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries since March 15, 2024. Previously, he has held the position of Deputy Commissioner. Harbir Singh continues to be in service, contributing to the administrative functions of his cadre.
