Harbansh Singh, born on September 15, 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He served in the Panchayati Raj Department, holding the position of Additional Secretary from November 3, 2014, to September 30, 2021. Throughout his career, Singh contributed to the administrative framework within his cadre until his retirement.
