Harbans Singh Brascon, born on 14 October 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, assigned to the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds an MA and an M.Phill degree. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary in the Public Works Department at the Government of Himachal Pradesh, a position he has held since 23 January 2023. Mr. Brascon continues to be in active service, contributing to the administration of Himachal Pradesh.
