Hara Krushna Dash, born on April 18, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Gujarat cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree and a graduate degree in History. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Director, Commissioner, Secretary, Principal Secretary, Vice Chairman, Chairman, and Joint Commissioner. His most recent position was Secretary in the Home Affairs and Justice Department of Gujarat from August 26, 2014, to April 30, 2015. Mr. Dash's extensive service reflects his long-standing commitment to the administrative framework of Gujarat.
