Dr. Har Sahay Meena, born on October 7, 1971, is a 1997 batch IAS officer of the Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds an M.Phil. in Ancient History and an M.A. from Madurai Kamaj University. Currently, he serves as the Vice Chairman of Science City, Tamil Nadu, a position he has held since December 31, 2025. Throughout his career, Dr. Meena has held various key roles including Sub Collector, District Collector and Magistrate, Principal Secretary/Commissioner, Secretary, Managing Director, Director General, Additional Chief Executive Officer, and Deputy Secretary. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
