Hans Raj Verma, born on 30 May 1964, is a retired IAS officer from the 1986 Tamil Nadu cadre. He held numerous key positions throughout his career, including District Collector, Chief Electoral Officer, Inspector General, and multiple terms as Principal Secretary. He also served as Chairman and Managing Director in various capacities. His most recent role was Additional Chief Secretary and Chairman and Managing Director at Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation Limited, Chennai, from 26 May 2021 to 31 May 2024. Hans Raj Verma holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in management.
