Hans Raj Gangar, born on January 16, 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 Punjab cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Deputy Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Director, Additional Secretary, Secretary, and Special Secretary in the Revenue Department. His most recent position was Special Secretary from February 1, 2004, to January 31, 2006. Mr. Gangar’s extensive service in administrative roles reflects his long-standing commitment to public administration in Punjab.
