Had Saiwan, born on August 8, 1938, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1961 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, SDO, Under Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, CEO, Deputy Secretary, Director, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Principal Secretary, and most recently as Secretary at Maharashtra in the Department of Home Affairs. His extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Maharashtra cadre.
