Haaris Rasheed, born on 28 July 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. and an M.S. in Orthopaedics from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. Throughout his career, he has served as Assistant Collector and Executive Magistrate, as well as Additional District Magistrate. Since 27 October 2025, he has been serving as the ADM at Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. Haaris is proficient in Hindi and Bengali and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
