H V Paraswanath, born on 16 August 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 Karnataka cadre. He holds a PhD in Biology and a postgraduate degree in Botany. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Managing Director, Deputy Commissioner, Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Secretary to the Governor. His most recent position was Registrar at Bangalore, Karnataka, in the Co-operative Department from 15 December 2009 to 25 October 2010. Paraswanath’s extensive service reflects his long-standing commitment to administrative roles within the Karnataka state government.
