H S Rathore, born on 30 July 1934, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 batch, Rajasthan cadre. During his career, he served as District Collector and District Magistrate at Jalore, Rajasthan, from 1 March 1991 to 1 July 1992. He also held the position of Registrar.
